This year marks the 50th anniversary of Ann Peebles's fifth album, Tellin' It, the worthy successor to her most successful album 'I Can't Stand The Rain. Willie Mitchell's production strikes again with the classic Hi Records sound driven by Hi's famous rhythm section. Tellin It includes the hit songs "Come to Mama" and "Beware" and rose to number 38 on the US R&B charts in 1975. For the first time since the 1970's, Tellin' It is back on vinyl in a gatefold packaging and updated liner notes. The 180 gram vinyl is pressed on Orchid color vinyl.
