Elkie Brooks (born Elaine Bookbinder, February 25, 1945) is an English singer. She was a singer in the bands Dada and Vinegar Joe, and later became a solo artist. She was most successful in the late seventies and eighties, placing 13 singles in the UK charts and making her way to the Top 10 with the songs "Pearl's a Singer", "Sunshine After the Rain" and the title track from No More the Fool. She was nominated for the Brit Awards twice. She was called "Britain's queen of blues".
